What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?

ABA is a scientific approach to understanding behavior and how it's affected by the environment. In parent training, we teach parents and caregivers how to use ABA principles to support their child's development, manage behaviors, and create positive learning environments at home.

What is Direct Pay Parent Training?

Direct Pay Parent Training means you pay us directly for services, without going through insurance. This eliminates the complexity, delays, and surprise bills often associated with insurance-based models. You pay a simple monthly fee and get direct access to expert ABA guidance.

Do I need insurance to use your services?

No, you don't need insurance. Our direct pay model means you pay us directly. However, you may be able to use your HSA or FSA funds for our services. Check with your plan administrator for details.

Services & Sessions

What happens during a parent training session?

During a session, your ABA specialist will work with you to understand your child's needs, teach you specific strategies and techniques, help you practice implementing them, and provide guidance on how to apply these strategies at home. Sessions are tailored to your family's unique situation.

Can I choose between in-person and virtual sessions?

Yes! We offer both in-person and virtual sessions. You can choose the format that works best for your family, and you can switch between formats as needed. Virtual sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing.

How long are the training sessions?

Session length depends on your plan: Essential plan includes 60-minute sessions, Standard plan includes 75-minute sessions, and Premium plan includes 90-minute sessions. This gives you plenty of time to learn, practice, and ask questions.

What if I need to reschedule a session?

We understand that life happens. You can reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours notice. Contact us through the patient portal or by phone to reschedule.

Plans & Pricing

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Contact us to discuss plan changes.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel your plan at any time with 30 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. We want you to be happy with our services.

Do you offer payment plans or financial assistance?

We understand that every family's financial situation is different. Contact us to discuss payment options and see if we can work out a payment plan that fits your budget.

Are there any additional fees?

Your monthly fee covers all services included in your plan. Additional services like extra sessions, home visits, or group training are available at the rates listed on our Plans & Prices page. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.

Do I need a diagnosis to use your services?

No, you don't need a formal diagnosis. Our parent training services are available to any family who wants to learn ABA strategies to support their child's development and behavior management.

What should I bring to my first session?

Just bring yourself and any questions you have! We'll discuss your child's needs, your goals, and what you'd like to learn. You may want to bring notes about specific behaviors or situations you'd like help with.
